What to Expect
Provide influential technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
Own complete solutions across their entire life cycle
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and team members to solve complex problems
Lead architectural design discussions and participate in peer reviews to enhance engineering quality
Mentor junior team members to help them reach their full potential
What is Required
Fluency in Java and at least one other modern programming language (e.g., C++, C#)
Minimum of 12 years of professional software development experience in a lead or principal engineering capacity
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing
Deep architectural maturity and expertise in microservices-oriented architecture
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in architectural design and leading significant system initiatives
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of application monitoring and performance assessment tools
Experience in digital transformation and modernizing legacy applications
In-depth knowledge of security protocols and authentication mechanisms
