This role is part of the Proofpoint Email Security Product Marketing team and drives Go-to-Market strategy for the Threat Protection solution. You will partner with product management, marketing, and sales to build and execute Go-to-Market plans and create high-impact assets to drive business growth. What You’ll Do

Positioning and Messaging: Be the expert on buyers, how they buy, and buying criteria. Develop messaging that highlights differentiators and business value, aligned with market and competitive trends. Content Creation: Produce messaging and content (webinars, blogs, solution briefs, datasheets, presentations, etc.) that demonstrate differentiated value to target buyers. Presentation and Thought Leadership: Present to internal and external audiences; lead sales training, customer briefings, webinars, events, and analyst briefings. Domain Expert: Establish strong knowledge of the email security market, customer needs, and competitive landscape; translate insights into actionable guidance for sales, customer success, marketing, and product management. Launch Execution: Lead cross-functional planning and execution for new capabilities and releases to generate demand and awareness. Sales Enablement: Create enablement content and tools to help sellers communicate our unique business value. Dynamic Collaboration: Build strong relationships with product management, marketing, competitive intelligence, and sales; align release benefits with business goals. Customer Advocacy: Leverage customer stories and testimonials to strengthen messaging and marketing efforts. Your Experience

8+ years in product marketing; email security, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT experience preferred. BS/BA in business or technical fields; MBA a plus. Proven experience marketing to enterprise and technical buyers with clear messaging. Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex concepts to business value for a non-technical audience. Strategic thinker with the ability to lead, manage multiple priorities, and work independently. Leadership and collaboration skills to inspire diverse teams. Ability to travel 10-15%; willing to travel to events and international locations. Public speaking and presentation skills; comfortable presenting over Zoom and in person.
