Director of Operations And Business Development
We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented Director of Business Development & Operations to lead growth initiatives and manage local operations in North America. This role will work closely with international headquarters to expand market presence and oversee all aspects of sales, marketing, customer relations, and operational management. Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for both standard and customized cable and connectivity solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships Lead marketing initiatives, including trade shows and social media campaigns Manage field representatives and local team members Provide in-person product demonstrations with deep technical knowledge Oversee local operations and align activities with strategic business goals Travel regularly to customer sites and sales partners Qualifications
Experience with P&L responsibility and team management Background in industrial cable or connectivity products Proficient in sales, marketing, and digital presentation tools Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills Technical expertise to support sales efforts Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and team-oriented Experience in an industrial B2B environment Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Compensation and Benefits
