Accounts Payable Specialist – RGP

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional to support our finance team across accounts payable functions and general accounting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic environment, is comfortable with automation tools, adheres to GAAP, and can thrive with minimal supervision. You will code invoices, support vendor processes, and contribute to financial accuracy and efficiency. What you will work on

Process accounts payable transactions following established procedures and workflows Code and enter invoices into the general ledger system using Workday ERP Manage vendor onboarding and ensure proper system setup / coding setup Central inbox management to ensure timely follow-up with vendors and internal stakeholders Verify invoice accuracy and ensure timely processing Provide professional communication and follow-up with third-party vendors Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities Maintain accurate records and documentation What you will bring

3-5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Workday ERP experience strongly preferred but not required Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication skills for vendor interactions Team player mentality – essential for our collaborative culture Ability to adapt and learn established processes quickly What you can expect
