Inspire The Customer Connection: lead the team to foster customer relationships, operational excellence, and flawless delivery of the in-store experience. Develop internal talent by assessing associates’ strengths and opportunities, and coaching to power our Customer Connection. Lead Talent Discovery: network with exceptional external talent, invest in developing strong succession plans for leadership roles, and hire individuals passionate about customer experience and service. Own Retail Operations: manage day-to-day store operations (pricing, shipments, inventory, etc.) and ensure store standards. Make staffing decisions to meet peak times and seasonal demands while delivering exceptional service. Leverage Insights to Deliver Results: drive sales using business insights and observations to refine strategies and improve results; align operational efforts with available resources and partnerships for success. High School Diploma/GED. 1-5 years retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred. Strong relationship-building within store teams. Ability to set objectives, organize work, and exceed goals. Proven leadership, motivation, and communication skills; ability to train and develop Associates. Independent judgment, with ability to partner with Territory Sales Manager as needed. Analytical thinking and ability to perform financial and quantitative analysis. Ability to lead general retail practices and procedures. Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours. Basic computer skills. Physical Requirements & Environment
Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
