Akkodis is seeking an

Analyst

for a

contract

with a client in

Boston, MA . Candidates must have extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications. Rate Range:

$44/hour to $60/hour. Rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities

Analyze application incidents and service requests, identifying root causes and recommending solutions. Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex application problems efficiently. Monitor application performance and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in user training and provide support for application upgrades or new feature rollouts. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application support or business analysis. Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues in enterprise environments. Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
