Your Role As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that newly implemented technology solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be crucial in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions. Responsibilities

Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis. Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met. Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Demonstrating technical capabilities and strong business acumen; staying current with business trends relevant to the client’s business and integrating new knowledge. Monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed of developments and expected outcomes. Building and maintaining relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust. Leading and mentoring diverse teams, providing feedback and coaching; fostering an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented environment. Identifying and generating new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and collaborating across EY practices to meet client needs. Skills and Attributes for Success

On engagements, you will understand stakeholder needs, advise on SAP capabilities, initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow documentation, and functional design of the solution. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong technical skills in application functional design and defining technology business requirements. Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios. Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience. At least five (5) years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or system configuration role. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members. Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience related to supply chain-specific technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Travel flexibility up to 40–60%. Experience in cost-benefit analyses and familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks. Skills in training design and delivery. Ideal

Prior consulting industry experience. SAP certification(s). Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP. Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA) focusing on PP; at least one full lifecycle implementation with MRP. Experience integrating SAP PP with MES and QM; hands-on SAP PP configuration. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications; test scripts and end-user training materials. Knowledge of integration between SAP PP and FICO, EWM, PPDS, PLM, MDM, and MM. Understanding of manufacturing operations and PLM (Engineering BOMs and Manufacturing BOMs). Experience with Make to Stock and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order models. What We Look For
