SAP - Core Supply Chain - PP - QM - Senior Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN Location: Anywhere in Country EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology practice to help clients leverage SAP technology to improve operations. You will interact with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver SAP-based solutions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, FICO, Data & Analytics, and related areas. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams aligned with client objectives. Demonstrate technical capabilities and business acumen; stay current with industry trends. Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of developments and outcomes. Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels; foster collaboration and trust. Lead, motivate, and coach diverse teams; foster an innovative, inclusive environment; mentor junior consultants. Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and client needs; cultivate long-term client relationships. Skills and Attributes for Success
Understand stakeholder needs; gather requirements; architect solutions; blueprint and document workflows; implement configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong technical skills in application design and requirements definition; ability to analyze cost-benefit scenarios; expertise in system configuration and business architecture. Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience. At least 5 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a functional consulting or configuration role. Experience managing SAP projects/work streams; knowledge of supply chain best practices; familiarity with regulations and new technologies. Travel willingness to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%. Experience with cost-benefit analyses; knowledge of technology business architecture; training design and delivery skills. Ideal Qualifications
Prior consulting experience; SAP certifications. Experience leading manufacturing-focused SAP workstreams; SAP ERP lifecycle implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA) with PP; experience with MRP. Experience integrating SAP PP with MES and QM; hands-on SAP PP configuration; experience designing RICEF solutions and testing/training material creation. Knowledge of integration between SAP PP and FICO, EWM, PPDS, PLM, MDM, and MM modules; understanding of manufacturing operations and BOMs. What We Look For
