This role focuses on acquiring new clients across the TTH industries. The Business Development Lead will drive business development strategies, leveraging the full portfolio of services. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong track record in IT and consulting sales, and the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share. Originate large deals, acquire new logos, and provide thought leadership throughout the client buying journey. Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Establish cross-functional CXO engagement and drive market momentum in targeted regions. Market Analysis & Insights:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Use insights to refine sales strategies. Sales Pipeline Management:

Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently meet sales targets. Solution Selling:

Collaborate with internal teams to craft and present tailored IT and consulting solutions that address client-specific challenges. Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Team Collaboration:

Partner with delivery teams, project managers, and technical experts to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction. Foster innovation-led partnerships. Reporting & Metrics:

Track sales performance and provide regular updates to leadership. Use data to drive continuous improvement. EOE:
