What you will do
Be accountable for all store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing day-to-day activities of the entire store staff.
Drive high-performance results in a fast-paced, solutions-focused sales environment and optimize customer and employee experience.
Mentor the Assistant General Manager and complete trainings and weekly sales leadership calls.
Motivate your team to perform at their best in every guest interaction.
Responsibilities
Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.
Teaching, coaching, and following the sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
Attracting and retaining top-caliber employees.
Brand advocate for Victra.
Providing ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
Engaging in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.
Ensuring store employees meet monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
Maintaining store performance through retail inventory compliance.
Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.
Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base.
Owning store success and managing staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.
Owning all guest escalations and providing timely resolutions.
Communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and providing timely follow-up.
Staying up to date with new sales promotions to provide guests with complete solutions for current and future needs.

Compensation Details Base Pay: $43,888.00. Pay rates include base pay with the opportunity to earn a monthly General Manager bonus; the average all-in pay is $69,572 per year for this role.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment
Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team
Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
High school diploma or GED
One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift ten pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
Training Requirements All General Managers must complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training within 2 weeks of start date and a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training within 30 days of completing NHU. Some travel may be required. Various online training will be required throughout employment.
