Responsibilities
Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.
Provide mentorship for the Assistant General Manager and complete trainings; attend weekly sales leadership calls.
Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.
Drive high-performance results in a fast-paced, solution-based sales environment with a focus on customer and employee experience.
Build, develop, and mentor your sales team; attract and retain top-caliber employees; act as a brand advocate for Victra.
Ensure store employees meet and exceed defined monthly success metrics and complete training on time.
Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives; optimize product and service presentation throughout the store.
Communicate company objectives and priorities clearly to team members and provide timely follow-up.
Own guest escalations and provide timely resolutions; stay up to date with new promotions to meet guest needs.

Compensation Base Pay: $43,888.00
Pay rates include base pay at the above rate, with the opportunity to earn a monthly General Manager bonus. The average all-in pay is $69,572 per year for this role.

You’re open to new ideas, relate well with a variety of people, and are attuned to others’ needs to help them perform at their best.
You Will Need To Have
1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
Ability to balance multiple priorities
Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high performing team
Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
High school diploma or GED
One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or peak vacation periods
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift ten pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
Training Requirements All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 2 weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training program within 30 days of completing NHU. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
