Maintain high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. Drive for high-performance results within a fast-paced, solutions sales environment with a focus on optimizing customer and employee experience. Mentor the Assistant General Manager and participate in trainings and weekly sales leadership calls. Motivate the team to perform at their best in every guest interaction. Build, develop, and mentor the sales team; teach and coach the sales process with Every Guest Every Time. Attract and retain top-caliber employees; act as a brand advocate for Victra. Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives; engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services. Ensure store employees meet or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete training on time. Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives; maintain store performance through inventory compliance; manage budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting. Drive traffic to stores and capitalize on the existing customer base; own store success and address store employees’ work-related needs, leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions. Own all guest escalations and provide timely resolutions; clearly communicate company objectives and priorities with timely follow-up. Compensation Base Pay: $43,888.00 Pay rates include base pay with the opportunity to earn a monthly General Manager bonus. The average all-in pay is $69,572 per year for this role. What We Are Looking For
You thrive in a sales environment and enjoy developing and motivating a team. You set high goals and know how to motivate others to achieve them. You are open to new ideas, relate well to a variety of people, and attend to others’ needs to ensure they can perform at their best. You Will Need To Have
1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment; 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge High school diploma or GED One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to ten pounds Ability to stand for long periods Training Requirements
All General Managers must attend a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training within 2 weeks of start date and a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) within 30 days after NHU. Training may include overnight travel. Various online training will be required during employment. After You Apply
