This newly created position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and interacts with business unit leaders, executive management, and external partnerships. Responsibilities include: Lead and execute SEC reporting, internal controls, and technical accounting functions. Understand and forecast future reporting needs as the company undergoes rapid growth and expansion. Provide technical accounting leadership and contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Manage and mentor a team of direct reports with opportunities for expanded responsibilities over time. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required. Master’s degree in Accounting or MBA preferred. Minimum 12+ years of relevant, progressive experience in financial reporting and technical accounting with publicly traded companies. Active CPA. Big 4 experience required, ideally 5–10+ years. Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of developing/mentoring talent. Strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and commitment to continual process and quality improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner with senior leadership as a business-facing finance leader. Strategic, hands-on professional with high integrity, ethics, and a strong business sense. Other information
