Frequent travel will be required in this role. How You Will Make an Impact

The College Program Director is responsible for the coordination, leadership, and execution of all UCA & UDA College Summer Camps, ensuring memorable and impactful experiences for athletes, coaches, and administrators. The Director will drive the success of the college camp program through the development of best practices, policies, and standards that elevate the collegiate cheer and dance experience. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and organized professional with proven experience in managing programs, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across departments. Previous experience in collegiate cheer or dance coaching is preferred. What You Will Do

Manage all camp details, including schedules, setup, logistics, and coaches’ training. Coordinate with University Relations to confirm UCA/UDA College Summer Camp dates, locations, and contracts. Prepare and distribute camp information to customers in a timely and professional manner. Travel to and serve as on-site leader for key College Camps. Identify, recruit, select, and schedule college staff in partnership with the UCA & UDA Staffing Team. Coordinate travel arrangements for college staff to assigned camp locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with college coaches, ensuring open and regular communication. Create and lead structured feedback groups for college coaches and athletes to enhance program quality. Collaborate with Curriculum Director/Brand Manager on curriculum design & program development. Assist with UCA & UDA College National Championship events. Assist with judges’ training and education initiatives. Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align strategies and drive success. Manage and monitor the college camp budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Strong knowledge of collegiate cheer and dance rules, standards, and regulations. Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, achievement-oriented environment. High level of professionalism and accountability. Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple projects. Excellent verbal, written, and email communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on team building and relationship management. Ability to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends as required. Passionate commitment to enhancing the student-athlete and coach experience. Education/Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field preferred (not required). Experience: Cheer or dance industry experience required; collegiate coaching experience strongly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required. Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools, as well as AS400 systems, preferred. Physical Requirements

This role operates primarily in a professional office environment. Responsibilities are approximately 60% sedentary and 40% active, with participation in training and education activities as needed.
