We are currently seeking an Associate MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Endocrinology. In this role, you will play a crucial part in diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders, providing essential medical care to patients with hormonal imbalances. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at improving patient outcomes and promoting overall health and wellness. Conduct thorough patient consultations and medical examinations to diagnose endocrine disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with hormonal imbalances. Monitor patients\' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. Educate patients on managing their conditions and making healthy lifestyle choices. Participate in research projects and clinical trials related to endocrinology. Stay current on advancements in endocrine treatments and technologies. Ensure compliance with all medical regulations and ethical standards. Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Endocrinology. Valid state medical license to practice in Miami. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week. Call Requirement: 2 weeks of inpatient call every 3 months. Setting: Outpatient with inpatient call. Patient Census: Up to 30 per day. Cases: Focus on general endocrinology, subspecialization possible. Staff or faculty position. Support Staff: Admin, nurse navigator, APPs. Will work with residents and fellows. EMR: Cerner, Epic. Must be board-certified. Compensation & Benefits
