Position Overview

As a Client Solutions Architect (CSA), you’ll be working with enterprise clients in the Central Region, responsible for initiating, solutioning, and delivering IT solutions, through your deep expertise in Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Digital Workplace solutions. What You’ll Do

As the Trusted Advisor, help new & existing clients navigate their digital transformation journey through understanding their business, IT architecture, and initiatives, developing relationships with key stakeholders. Attend Sales Enablement sessions conducted by the respective teams. Provide added insights to the sales team on the products and services we are offering our clients. Evangelizing new technologies, solutions, methods & trends. Work with the Sales team to identify opportunities proactively. Pipeline management and forecasting of product and services revenue/GM for defined market. Ensure a thorough understanding of Zones Product, Services and Solutions offerings, capabilities, differentiators. Qualify opportunities and perform high-level scoping to bring in the right experts. Collaborate with the right solutioning experts for client Discovery, ensuring the solutions team has data points to create a winning solution. Maintain a clear win-strategy and ensure win themes are reflected in interactions and proposals. Work with the Solution Development team to create responses to customer RFPs and technical solution components of SOW. Develop pricing and create technical documents applicable to solution/service offerings. Establish and maintain relationships with key OEM and delivery partners and collaborate for specific pursuits. Prepare high-level design documents and presentations describing design principles, rationale, and implications. Conduct design sessions and solution presentations for customers and OEM partners. Identify key OEMs critical to Zones’ success for each account; develop joint Go-To-Market plans and seek Deal Registration where appropriate. Collaborate with OEMs to evangelize Zones’ offerings and capabilities and align with client CIO/CTO agendas. Work with Delivery partners to ensure winning pricing when engaging with clients. Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and farm additional opportunities. Perform short-term billable engagements to keep skills sharp (e.g., assessments, proofs of concept, or architectural engagements). Demonstrate strong business acumen to translate client needs into technology solutions; ensure customer satisfaction. Support other SAs and geographic areas as needed; keep pipeline, forecast, and time/billing reporting up to date. What You Will Bring To The Team

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline; equivalent years of experience acceptable. Minimum 12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services in the Enterprise; at least 5 years in a pre-sales role. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, including presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective. Understanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners and capabilities of the business. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management; professional, business-focused attitude. Ability to travel an average of 50% of the time. Focused expertise in Networking with ability to lead opportunities across Digital Workplace, Cloud, Data Center and Security. Strategy & technology consulting experience applying technology to strategic business problems around infrastructure, device management and end user computing. Core understanding of cloud-based computing and knowledge of industry leading offerings. Compensation
