Position: Client Solutions Architect (CSA). You’ll work with enterprise clients in the Central Region, responsible for initiating, solutioning, and delivering IT solutions with deep expertise in Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Digital Workplace solutions. What you’ll Do

As the Trusted Advisor, help new and existing clients navigate their digital transformation journey by understanding their business, IT architecture, and initiatives, and developing relationships with key stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: Hardware and Software products for Data Center, Networking and Security Professional and Managed Services opportunities across Digital Workplace, Cloud & Data Center, NextGen Networking and Cybersecurity This role is responsible for revenue growth through client acquisition, retention and satisfaction, along with achieving operating/margin targets and continuous improvement. The role requires travel to meet clients/partners at short notice (within 1-2 days). Travel is expected to be around 50%, and candidates should not have recurring travel constraints to meet these expectations. What you’ll do as Client Solutions Architect: Attend Sales Enablement sessions and provide insights to the sales team on products and services; evangelize new technologies, solutions, methods, and trends Work with the Sales team to identify opportunities proactively Pipeline management and forecasting of product and services revenue/GM for defined market Ensure a thorough understanding of Zones Product, Services and Solutions offerings, capabilities, differentiators Qualify opportunities and perform high-level scoping to bring in the right experts Engage appropriate solutioning experts for client Discovery and ensure the solutions team has the data points to craft a winning solution Develop a clear win-strategy and ensure win themes are reflected in interactions and proposals Collaborate with the Solution Development team to respond to customer RFPs and SOW technical components Develop pricing and create technical documents for solution/service offering Establish and maintain relationships with key OEM and delivery partners and collaborate on pursuits Prepare high-level design documents and presentations describing design principles and implications Conduct design sessions, capabilities demonstrations, and solution presentations for customers and OEM partners Identify key OEMs critical to Zones’ success for each account Collaborate with OEMs to evangelize Zones’ offerings and develop joint Go-To-Market plans Influence OEMs to provide Deal Registration by communicating Zones’ value Work with Delivery partners to ensure winning pricing with clients Align with the Client CIO/CTO agenda and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders Build and maintain relationships, especially technical relationships, to farm additional opportunities Perform short-term billable engagements (e.g., Assessments, Proof of Concept, architectural engagements) Demonstrate strong business acumen and translate client needs into technology solutions Ensure customer satisfaction levels with a stated goal of 100% Support other SAs’ sales activities and work with other geographic areas and practices as needed Keep Pipeline, Forecast, Time and Billing, and Project/Activity Reporting up to date using defined tools What you will bring to the team

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable Minimum 12 years of IT Infrastructure Services experience in an Enterprise environment and at least 5 years in a pre-sales role Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective Understanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners, and capabilities of the business Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner toward clients, partners, and peers Ability to travel an average of 50% of the time Focused expertise in Networking with the ability to lead opportunities across other practice areas (Digital Workplace, Cloud, Data Center, Security) Strategy and technology consulting experience applying technology to strategic business problems around infrastructure, device management, and end-user computing Core understanding of cloud-based computing and knowledge of industry-leading offerings Compensation
