As a Client Solutions Architect (CSA), you’ll be working with enterprise clients in the Central Region, responsible for initiating, solutioning, and delivering IT solutions, through your deep expertise in Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Digital Workplace solutions. You’ll act as the Trusted Advisor, helping clients navigate their digital transformation by understanding their business, IT architecture, and initiatives, and developing relationships with key stakeholders. Attend Sales Enablement sessions conducted by the respective teams. Provide insights to the sales team on the products and services offered to clients. Evangelize new technologies, solutions, methods & trends Work with the Sales team to identify opportunities proactively Pipeline management and forecasting of product and services revenue/GM for defined market Ensure a thorough understanding of Zones products, services and solutions offerings, capabilities, differentiators Qualify opportunities and perform high-level scoping to bring in the right experts Coordinate with solutioning experts for Discovery with the client and ensure the solutions team has the required data points Develop a clear win-strategy and ensure win themes are reflected in interactions and proposals Collaborate with the Solution Development team to respond to RFPs and create technical solution components of SOW Develop pricing and create technical documents applicable to the offering Establish and maintain relationships with key OEM and delivery partners and collaborate with them on pursuits Prepare high-level design documents and presentations describing design principles and implications Conduct design sessions, capability demonstrations, and solution presentations for customers and OEM partners Identify key OEMs critical to Zones’ success for each account and develop joint Go-To-Market plans Influence OEMs to provide Deal Registration by communicating Zones’ value Work with Delivery partners to ensure competitive pricing for client engagements Align with the Client CIO/CTO agenda and maintain relationships with client stakeholders Build and maintain technical relationships in assigned accounts to generate additional opportunities Perform short-term billable engagements (assessments, proof of concept, or architecture work) to keep skill sets sharp Demonstrate strong business acumen by translating client needs into technology solutions Ensure customer satisfaction levels with a stated goal of 100% Support other SAs’ sales activities and other geographies/practices as needed Keep pipeline, forecast, time and billing, and project/activity reporting current using defined tools What You Will Bring To The Team
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable Minimum 12 years in an IT Infrastructure Services space in an Enterprise environment; at least 5 years in a pre-sales role Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective Understanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners and capabilities Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner Ability to travel an average of 50% of the time Focused expertise in Networking with the ability to lead opportunities across Digital Workplace, Cloud, Data Center and Security Strategy and technology consulting experience applying technology to strategic business problems around infrastructure and end-user computing Core understanding of cloud-based computing and knowledge of industry-leading offerings Compensation
Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $120,000 - $170,000 plus bonus. Zones Offers a Comprehensive Benefits Package
