Lead or support the implementation of Workday’s Adaptive Planning product for diverse customers. Gather and understand customer business requirements, translating them into configured solutions. Conduct detailed unit testing and support customers during multiple rounds of testing. Undertake final deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and post-production support. Collaborate with other Consulting teams to ensure seamless project execution. What is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of experience with Adaptive Planning or a Tier 1 Planning software application (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, Hyperion). 2+ years of consulting experience with a consulting/software company. Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel to client sites as needed. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
4+ years of experience with Adaptive Planning or a Tier 1 Planning software application. Knowledge of Workday Financials or HCM as an implementer or user. Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on exceptional customer service. Resourceful and adaptable, comfortable working remotely with autonomy.
