Lead escalations for servers, virtualization, networking, and Windows environments Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers on tickets and technical decision making Support client environments across on-premise and cloud systems Deliver proactive monitoring, incident response, and client-facing communication Participate in projects, migrations, and long-term IT initiatives What You Bring
2 years in an MSP environment Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) Solid networking skills including firewalls, VPN, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP Ability to mentor junior engineers and handle complex client escalations Strong problem-solving skills and excellent client communication Compensation and Benefits
$90K–$100K salary plus overtime and performance bonuses Simple IRA with 3 percent company match Company vehicle provided for onsite client visits Certification reimbursement and training opportunities Base pay range
