Per Diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Vaccines Location: Boston, MA. Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract. Pay Rate: $130/ hr. Schedule: 9/24/2025 7am - 5pm 10/8/2025 8am-5:30pm 11/5/2025 8am-5:30pm Responsibilities
Administer Covid-19 and Flu vaccines for a private business in Boston, MA. Serve as the ordering provider for vaccines administered at assigned clinics. Collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met. Manage vaccine administration with a focus on preventive medicine and patient education. Experience with high volume vaccinations and fast-paced environments is a plus; comfortable working independently or with little to no supervision. Bring own laptop/tablet to work. Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems; strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have 3-5 years of vaccine administration experience; experience with Covid and Flu vaccines is preferred. Must have an active, clean Nurse Practitioner license to practice in Massachusetts and active BLS/ACLS certification. Ability to reliably commute to Boston, MA. Qualifications
Active, clean Nurse Practitioner license to practice in Massachusetts. Active BLS/ACLS Certification required. Experience as an ordering provider for vaccines administered at clinics. Collaborating physician involvement as required by state law for independent/autonomous practice. 3-5 years of vaccine administration experience; Covid and Flu vaccines preferred. Strong customer service orientation and bedside manner. Proficiency with computers and EMR documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
