Pay Rate:
$130/ hr.
Schedule:
10/8 & 10/22 Dayshift. Responsibilities
Administer Covid-19 and Flu vaccines; direct patient care, vaccine preparation and administration, and ensure accurate documentation. Serve as the ordering provider for vaccines administered at assigned clinics. Collaborate with a physician as required by state requirements for independent/autonomous practice; work independently or with minimal supervision. Deliver patient counseling and vaccine education; maintain a patient-centered approach. Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems. Qualifications
Active, clean Nurse Practitioner license to practice in CA. Active BLS/ACLS certification required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience administering vaccines; experience with Covid-19 and Flu vaccines is preferred. Customer service-oriented with strong bedside manner. Proficient with computers and documenting in EMR systems; strong written and verbal communication skills. Focused on delivering patient counseling and vaccine education; able to work independently or with little supervision. Must bring own laptop/tablet to work. Ability to reliably commute to Palo Alto, CA. About VitalCheck Wellness
