Location: Doral, FL Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hour About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organized, customer-focused, and able to balance accuracy with efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in resolving customer claims while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities

Investigate, review, and resolve customer claims and billing discrepancies. Communicate with customers, sales reps, and internal teams to gather documentation and resolve issues. Post payments, adjustments, and credit memos according to company policies. Monitor AR balances and follow up to ensure timely resolution of claims Maintain detailed documentation for auditing and reporting purposes. Support the AR Manager and accounting team with additional duties as needed. Qualifications

Bilingual in English & Spanish (required) 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, accounting, or customer claims resolution. Experience in the produce or food distribution industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Apply Today!
