Partner with product and engineering leaders to define technical and product strategies Recruit, mentor, and grow top engineering talent within the team Drive best practices ensuring security, scalability, and innovation in software development Oversee delivery metrics and continuously improve team productivity Lead initiatives that enhance both customer and employee experiences Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years leading engineering teams, with at least 8 years in enterprise software (ideally fintech) Proven experience with agile/Scrum methodologies, test-driven development, and CI/CD processes Strong technical background in SaaS platforms, distributed systems, APIs, and modern languages (C#, SQL, Python, React, JavaScript) Experience in regulated, security-focused environments (HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2) Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications
