Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. This is a leadership role with responsibilities across store operations, people management, and customer relations.
Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and follow policy and procedures 100% of the time; uphold standards with the crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, brand image, adherence to standards, attendance and punctuality, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Advancement Many team members started as delivery drivers and progressed to roles such as general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations.

Qualifications General store team duties and required abilities:
Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and facilities regularly.
Training Orientation and on-the-job training provided.
Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Essential Skills
Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly (calculator acceptable).
Make correct monetary change and process orders via computer input.
Verbal, writing, and telephone communication for order processing.
Eye-hand coordination for precise movements and using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions when outside and during deliveries.
In-store temperatures from coolers to hot ovens; possible sudden temperature changes.
Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust; cramped work areas; hot surfaces up to 500+ degrees; sharp edges and moving parts.
Sensing
Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments The role requires directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone or with others, working under stress, meeting quality standards, and making judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks; walking short distances; handling lifting of up to 50 pounds with team member assistance; carrying and pushing various items; occasional climbing; overhead reaching.

Driving-specific duties: deliver product by car; deliver flyers/door hangers; valid driver's license and insured vehicle required.
Essential driving and navigational skills for delivery within designated areas; multiple deliveries per shift possible.
