This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greenville, SC. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring exceptional service and performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving sales, handling inventory, and maintaining the visual and operational standards of the store. The General Manager will also be responsible for implementing company policies, training employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive support and solutions. Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in retail sales and customer service Ability to drive sales performance and meet targets Inventory management and operational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred Experience in the mobile technology or telecommunications industry is a plus Seniority level
