Responsibilities
Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
Teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time through teams.
Attract and retain top caliber employees.
Be a brand advocate for Victra.
Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.
Ensure store employees meet monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
Maintain store performance with retail inventory compliance.
Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analysis and sales reporting.
Drive traffic to stores and capitalize on the existing customer base.
Own store success and manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all store functions.
Own guest escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members with timely follow up.
Stay up to date with new sales promotions to meet current and future guest needs.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $43,888.00 with monthly General Manager bonus opportunities. The average all-in pay is $69,572 per year for this role.

What We Are Looking For You thrive in a sales environment and enjoy developing and motivating a team. You set high goals and know how to motivate others to achieve them. You’re open to new ideas, relate well with diverse people, and focus on helping others perform at their best.
You Will Need To Have
1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment
Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team
Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
High school diploma or GED
One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical & Training Requirements
Ability to lift ten pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) within 2 weeks of start date
Attend and successfully complete a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) within 30 days of NHU
Various online and computer-based training throughout employment
