Overview
General Manager – Victra. Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a General Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver quality service. You will drive high-performance results in a fast-paced, solutions-based sales environment while maintaining operational excellence. You will mentor your Assistant General Manager and participate in trainings and weekly sales leadership calls. You will communicate the company vision through day-to-day store leadership and ensure a strong, customer-focused store culture. Responsibilities
Build, develop, and mentor your sales team. Coach and follow the sales process with Every Guest Every Time. Attract and retain top-caliber employees. Serve as a brand advocate for Victra. Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives. Contribute to sales strategy to showcase products and services throughout the store. Ensure store staff meet monthly success metrics and complete training on time. Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives. Maintain store performance through inventory compliance and operational execution. Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting. Identify innovative ways to drive traffic and leverage the existing customer base. Own store success, including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all store functions. Own guest escalations and provide timely resolutions. Communicate company objectives and priorities to team with timely follow-up. Stay up to date with new promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions. Compensation
Base pay range: $43,888.00/yr – $69,572.00/yr. Pay can include a monthly General Manager bonus; overall compensation may be higher with incentives. The estimated all-in pay is shown as $69,572 per year for this role. What We Offer

1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment; 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment Proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment Ability to set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team Basic interview skills and staff planning knowledge High school diploma or GED One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States Physical & Training Requirements
Ability to lift ten pounds Ability to stand for long periods Attend a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) within 2 weeks of start date Attend a 3-day General Manager University (SMU) within 30 days of NHU Online and computer-based training throughout employment Equal Employment Opportunity
