Be a Pioneer of the GTM Engine: Partner with GTM Technology & Operations and cross-functional analytics teams to design, build, and maintain the operational dataset that powers our recommendation engine. Bridge Insights to Action: Translate complex analytical models into clear, actionable recommendations and own delivering these recommendations into core GTM tools like Inflection and Gainsight. Ensure Data Integrity and Flow: Act as the business owner for the "last mile" of analytics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, identifying lags and issues, validating business logic, and partnering with Data Operations on resolutions. Collaborate and Translate: Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, working with Growth Marketing, Central Analytics, Risk Analytics, CX Analytics, and GTM Technology to implement insights. Measure What Matters: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools to monitor adoption, performance, and business impact of the GTM Engine’s recommendations (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline velocity, customer retention). Become the Subject Matter Expert: Be the go-to resource for how GTM data and insights are operationalized and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the GTM Engine. We’d Love To Chat If You Have Experience: 4+ years in a highly analytical role such as Business Intelligence, GTM/Sales/Marketing Operations, or Data Analytics. Experience at a high-growth SaaS or Fintech company is strongly preferred. Technical Proficiency: SQL & Data Modeling: Advanced SQL skills; experience with data modeling and transformation using dbt is strongly preferred. BI & Visualization: Proficiency in building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. GTM Systems: Deep understanding of the GTM technology stack; Salesforce admin or power user experience is highly desirable. Scripting: Python or R for data analysis and automation is strongly preferred. Modern Data Stack: Familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) and related tooling; experience with CDP like Segment or GTM automation platforms like Inflection is beneficial. Analytical Mindset: Ability to deconstruct complex problems, identify data needs, and translate findings into actionable narratives. Exceptional Collaborator & Communicator: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to translate business requirements to technical teams and communicate technical capabilities to business stakeholders. The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. The role is eligible for a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
