Business Tax Services - Private Tax Partnerships - Senior role at EY. Location: Anywhere in Country. Your Key Responsibilities
Support managers through partners in providing tax services. Balance time between compliance and planning, interacting directly with clients. Work with flow-through entities (partnerships) and related cross-border reporting. Provide tax research, draft memoranda, and assist in quantitative modeling for private client tax advisory services. Identify and communicate significant tax matters to Managers and Senior Managers. Liaise with other service lines and professionals; build long-term client relationships and tailor services to client needs. Communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients. Maintain professional knowledge and share best practices; review work of junior staff. Identify risks and opportunities to improve services and processes. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with tax, business or financial planning experience. Active progress toward or attainment of CPA certification or bar membership. Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Minimum 2 years of work experience in professional services or tax organizations. Ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment and willingness to travel as needed. Preferred
Commitment to ongoing learning. Proficiency with tax software such as RIA, CCH IntelliConnect, OneSource, BNA or Lexis Nexis. Experience with Gift, Estate and Trust tax planning and compliance is a plus. What We Look For

Competitive compensation and benefits; base salary ranges: $82,000–$135,200 (US-wide) and $98,500–$153,600 for NYC Metro, Washington, and California (excluding Sacramento).
