Director of Business Development - West Region Sales Leader. Lead the West Region Sales team to drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and deliver tailored solutions for B2B and B2C clients. Requires in-depth knowledge of U.S. domestic warehousing, distribution, and cross-border freight operations, with a proven track record in sales leadership. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear revenue targets and collection rate objectives, guiding them to achieve and exceed goals. Leverage knowledge of U.S. domestic B2B/B2C warehousing and distribution, plus cross-border air and ocean freight processes, to guide the team and provide strategic insights. Coach and mentor individual team members, optimize the end-to-end sales process, and enhance closing efficiency. Design and deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions tailored to customer requirements. Clarify client needs, resolve pain points, and lead on-site implementation of these solutions. Demonstrate proficiency across the full international supply chain lifecycle (procurement, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, distribution) with strong cross-regional collaboration and risk management to navigate complex global logistics. Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the logistics and supply chain industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams, with a track record of driving results and fostering a positive team culture. In-depth knowledge of U.S. domestic warehousing, distribution, and cross-border freight processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement effective supply chain solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Chinese is beneficial. Location: Los Angeles, CA
