Overview

At JMark, efficient HR operations are key to workforce excellence. We are seeking HR Generalists across multiple discipline levels to process HR transactions, resolve employee and candidate inquiries, conduct policy research, and support HR communications. This role requires a strong understanding of HR policies and compliance standards, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across the workforce. Key Responsibilities

HR Transactions & Issue Resolution

Process standard and complex HR transactions with accuracy and timeliness. Support resolution of employee, manager, and candidate inquiries by providing clear, compliant guidance.

Research, Documentation & Policy Support

Conduct ongoing research across HR topics, including policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements in HR service delivery.

Communications & HR Service Delivery

Draft and distribute HR-related communications, including memoranda, notices, announcements, and news releases. Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in workforce communications.

Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0–15+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR service delivery (multi-discipline levels available). Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills. Preferred Experience supporting federal HR operations or IC/DoD workforce management. Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR transaction processing tools. Why Join JMark?
