Serve as a trusted advisor to regional Sales Development leadership, driving data-driven decisions Analyze sales trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement Conduct analytics and present findings on sales performance to leadership and stakeholders Drive local and regional projects, aligning with cross-functional teams and developing detailed project plans Enhance and scale the Sales Development Annual Planning and Target Management process What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role Excellent knowledge of sales metrics, target setting processes, and sales dashboard creation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights Experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality Proficiency in CRM systems, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
