U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens only if qualified citizens are unavailable) Doctor of Medicine or osteopathic medicine degree from an approved school Current unrestricted medical license in the U.S. Completed residency training in Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging, approved by the VA Residents enrolled in ACGME/AOA accredited programs are eligible as Physician Resident Providers (PRPs) Proficiency in English (spoken and written) Preferred: Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology Must pass a VA pre-employment physical exam Physical requirements include light to moderate lifting, reaching, use of fingers, walking, standing, kneeling, visual and color perception, hearing, emotional and mental stability, and ability to work alone or with others. This is an open continuous announcement, with referrals until vacancies are filled. Expertise in general diagnostic radiology, including radiography, fluoroscopy, US, CT, and MRI. Consultations with clinical services and supervising medication administration.
