You’ll manage a group of sales professionals, drive growth with oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, and plastics customers, and oversee high-value, long-cycle projects ($100K–$6M+). Bachelor’s degree: technical or business background 10+ years in technical sales, BD, or commercial leadership Experience in an engineer-to-order (ETO) or custom-engineered solutions environment - selling project-based, application-specific industrial systems (not commodity products) Experience selling engineered systems or complex industrial solutions Strong background in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, plastics, or related markets Proven sales leadership experience CRM discipline (Salesforce) Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Americas sales team, 20% travel Develop and execute sales strategy to expand revenue and market share Manage consultative, long-cycle sales with global industrial customers Build key customer and partner relationships; drive deeper account penetration Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
