Responsibilities

Supports the Director of Sales and Sr Sales Manager by identifying new approaches to problems, exploring new methods and technologies, and contributing to improved business results, customer experience, and sales processes.

Supports the execution of sales strategies and manages the sales floor as the point person for customer-related expectations and issues of the sales team.

Responsible for the performance of the overall team and ensuring sales contracts are executed; follows up on personal sales and handles post-sale activities.

Addresses concerns regarding conduct of Sales Executives and collaborates with DOS and Senior Managers; maintains strong product knowledge and assists Sales Executives with guest questions.

Strategizes with Sales Executives regarding sales presentations and product pitches; conducts motivational morning sales meetings.

Supports leadership in managing Sales Executives and holds them accountable for adherence to policies and procedures.

Generates maximum performance in the sales teams by utilizing predefined metrics; ensures new contracts are completed properly and processed according to policy.

Manages staff performance, creates a positive work environment, recognizes accomplishments, and applies appropriate corrective actions.

Carries out other reasonable requests as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED

Active Hawaii State Real Estate License

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

1-2 years of management experience or 4-9 months of internal HGV management experience

1-2 years of branded vacation ownership experience

1+ years of demonstrated ability to train and motivate individuals in direct sales

Fluency in Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) and proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking)

Nice-to-have

5+ years of branded vacation ownership experience

Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to manage and resolve complex customer service issues
