The Sales Manager In House with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for assisting Sales Executives with sales presentation strategy, guest questions and sales closing process. Responsibilities
Assist the sales management team in closing timeshare sales, generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. Supervise the sales line through training, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Promote and support all aspects of the branded HGV culture. Maintain a professional image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers. Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Management based upon business needs. Benefits
Pay rate is $16 per hour, plus bonuses governed by a compensation plan. In House Sales Managers have targeted annual earnings of $230,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance. Proven track record of success in timeshare sales. A minimum of 2 years’ front-to-back experience within timeshare sales. Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Valid State of Hawaii Real Estate License. High school diploma or equivalent. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Previous T.O. sales closing or sales management experience. 2+ years' front-to-back experience within timeshare sales. 2 years’ experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
