Responsibilities
Engage with owners and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories.
Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV's core values and policies.
Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products.
Generate referral leads with each new customer.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License.
6 months branded timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience.
Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven track record of closing sales.
Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
Schedule and Compensation
Salary is based on bonuses governed by a compensation plan, which provides for an hourly rate of $14 as an advance against bonuses. In House Sales Executives have targeted annual earnings of $260,000 per year, with some team members earning substantially more based on performance.

Schedule Details
Our Sales Department operates 7 days per week; shifts start between 7:00am and 7:45am. Paid training is provided for the first 2 weeks.
Current hours of operation are Monday–Friday but may change based on business needs.
