Provide hands-on support for Windows 10/11 desktop troubleshooting and user issues Manage and resolve networking challenges, particularly with SonicWall and Sophos firewalls Support and administer M365 and Azure environments Assist with small project management and client communications Handle server support tasks including migrations and maintenance (Windows Server experience a plus) Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 support issues Participate in tailored growth plans to build expertise in server support, cloud services, and escalation handling Requirements
MSP industry experience required Good understanding of networking concepts and experience with SonicWall and Sophos firewalls Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Ability to manage small projects and communicate clearly with clients Desire for ongoing learning and professional growth Benefits
