Overview
Remote Research Sales Director - Texas Territory / Investment Research. Full-time remote position within the state of Texas offering up to $165K base, bonus and strong benefits. The role focuses on expanding the firm’s client base across Hedge Funds, Institutional Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, and Family Offices, and introducing the firm’s forensic accounting research, analytics, and advisory services to prospective clients. Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with Hedge Funds, Institutional Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, and Family Offices. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level contacts (Analysts through Portfolio Managers). Deliver tailored presentations and articulate the value of the firm’s research solutions to address client challenges. Collaborate with Research, Sales, and Account Management teams to support client retention and expansion. Lead proactive outreach efforts including in-person meetings, calls, and digital engagement. Promote research and thought leadership, including daily reports and events. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Qualifications & Skills
7+ years of proven sales success, ideally selling information services or solutions to institutional investors. Strong ability to develop relationships with senior decision-makers. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Interest in financial research, investment analysis, and accounting principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas. Bachelor’s degree required. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals, professionalism, and client service. How to apply:
