Changing Lives through Low-Cost Judgment Free Fitness We are in search of a Personal Assistant who will simplify, anticipate, and organize tasks and priorities of the CEO and serve as a link between the executive and the rest of the staff. The ideal candidate must have experience providing a wide range of professional and personal support. Must be a team player and embrace the culture of our organization. Position & Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of corporate and personal administrative executive support for the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and diligently in a fast‑paced environment, while proactively managing the requests and needs of the CEO. Responsibilities of this role include a broad range of tactical and support activities, professionally representing the company, exercising confidentiality, discretion, and strong judgment in a variety of areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Offer administrative assistance and prepare communications on the CEO’s behalf. Provide personal support to the CEO. Manage and maintain CEO daily and long‑term calendars for internal and external meetings, calls, activities, special events, vacations, travel, and other notable events. Manage CEO travel itineraries and coordinate air travel, ground transportation, lodging, meals, meeting reservations, and booking of activities, including international travel and necessary paperwork. Assist with preparations for internal and external meetings: gather agendas, take notes, prepare conference rooms, prepare presentations, and order/buy/serve beverages, meals, and snacks for CEOs and guests. Perform minor bookkeeping and record management duties, as well as expense reports. Liaise and coordinate with family, friends, household staff, suppliers, and vendors. Assist with reports and/or special projects. Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate and personal records. Send reminders and prioritize the most sensitive matters. Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately take messages. Welcome visitors and identify the purpose of their visit. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications
3+ years of personal assistant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highest level of discretion and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to gatekeep and elevate relevant information to CEO as needed. Motivated self‑starter with a high level of independent judgment and initiative. Ability to troubleshoot, problem‑solve and make decisions. Exceptional MS Office Suite skills. Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks. Sense of humor, high-energy and upbeat personality. Seniority level
