Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery Handle wage and hour claims (individual & class actions) in court and arbitration Respond to government investigations and inquiries Advise clients on employment-related matters, including policies, manuals, and compliance Litigate in both state and federal courts (trial experience preferred) Requirements
3–4 years of labor & employment law experience Strong litigation and counseling background in Texas Active Texas Bar membership, in good standing Ability to handle high-volume caseloads with precision Strong work ethic, proactive, and collaborative team player About the employer
