Proactively sell guest rooms, meeting spaces, and Hyatt services to groups of 100+ rooms on peak. Lead negotiations, secure contracts, and ensure favorable terms aligned with business goals. Build new relationships and nurture existing ones with key clients, event planners, and corporate partners. Deliver exceptional service: conduct site visits, present tailored proposals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate across teams, including marketing, events, and operations, to align sales efforts with promotional initiatives. Lead with expertise: provide insights through accurate sales reports and market analysis. Represent Hyatt at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen our market presence. Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in hotel group sales, with expertise in handling groups of 100+ rooms on peak. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to exceed production goals and deliver results. Knowledge of sales process and the ability to align sales strategies with business objectives. Proficiency in general computer systems and Hyatt-specific tools (training provided). A true passion for hospitality and a results-driven mindset. Ability to travel as needed to represent Hyatt.
