to provide 1:1 executive support to a busy
Managing Director
of a renowned global finance firm. This role requires a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings proactive energy and excellent communication skills. The executive is kind, well-respected, and understands how to utilize an assistant. Onsite Monday – Friday Base pay range:

Responsibilities
Provide Executive-level support including heavy scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
Partner on office management duties such as event planning, hosting and preparing for special visitors/meetings, and overall group organization
Serve as a trusted liaison—anticipating needs and staying steps ahead in a demanding, high-performance environment
Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
10+ years of administrative experience; professional services experience required
Proven ability to handle high-volume, fast-moving workflows with accuracy and composure
Proactive professional who thrives under pressure
Strong organizational and communication skills; highly detail-oriented
