Registered Nurse - Homecare

Join our healthcare team as a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a homecare position in Rockford, IL. This 13-week travel assignment offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of an interdisciplinary team. Job Details

• Location: Rockford, IL
• Shift: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Start Date: July 21, 2025
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1500 - $3540
  
  

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS Certification
• At least 1 year of experience in Home Health or Hospice
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits for patient care and symptom management
• Work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and typical patient care equipment
• Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4-5 visits per day
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage during weeknights
