Overview

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient IVF Clinic in Boston, MA. Seek an experienced RN to join a locum tenens assignment in the Longwood Medical Area, providing fertility care, reproductive endocrinology support, and compassionate patient services.

Location: Boston, MA 02115 (Longwood Medical Area). Setting: Outpatient IVF/Fertility Clinic. Employment Type: Travel RN (locum tenens). Start Date: September 22, 2025. End Date: December 21, 2025. Duration: 13-week contract. Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5x8 hour shifts/week, every other weekend. Hours per Week: 40. Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,210 - $2,370.

Responsibilities – IVF & Fertility Care

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing IVF and fertility treatments in an outpatient clinic
• Conduct follow-up telephone calls to patients across multiple states
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to co-manage IVF cycles
• Educate and support patients throughout their reproductive health journey
• Assist in managing GYN surgical patient population as needed
• Efficiently triage patient phone calls and coordinate clinical care
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-based healthcare environment

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license and Compact RN license (required for interstate patient care)
• At least 1 year of recent experience in reproductive endocrinology, IVF, or fertility clinic
• Experience co-managing IVF cycles in a clinical setting
• Preferred: Experience with GYN surgical patient population
• Preferred: Team-based healthcare experience
• Strongly preferred: Experience triaging patient phone calls
• Ability to start ASAP to meet critical staffing needs
