Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Compensation:
$275,000 – $325,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus
Hybrid schedule
(3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
to lead all facets of the human capital strategy. The CHRO will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and a key partner to private equity sponsors, with responsibility for building and scaling a best-in-class HR function that supports a fast-growing, performance-driven organization. This is a hybrid role requiring
three days per week in-office
and
two days remote .
Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with business goals and the private equity value creation plan.
Act as a thought partner to the CEO and Board on organization design, workforce planning, and human capital investments.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Oversee recruitment strategy across all functions, with a focus on hiring for performance and culture fit.
Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing programs to build future leaders.
Organizational Design & Change Management
Lead organizational structure design, workforce planning, and integration efforts related to acquisitions.
Drive change management initiatives that support operational transformation and scaling.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee total rewards strategy, including executive compensation, bonus plans, and equity programs.
Ensure competitive and compliant benefits offerings that support employee retention and satisfaction.
Culture & Engagement
Champion a people-first, performance-oriented culture across the enterprise.
Implement initiatives that improve employee engagement, DEI, and leadership effectiveness.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, particularly in multi-state operations.
Oversee HR systems and processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a CHRO or senior HR leadership role within a
PE-backed
company.
Proven ability to lead HR strategy during periods of growth, M&A, and organizational transformation.
Strong business acumen with experience aligning people strategy to enterprise-level performance goals.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to work a
hybrid schedule
(3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
