Description Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs Deliver physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Work alongside nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to elevate patient outcomes Guide patients and families through therapeutic goals, discharge strategies, and home exercise programs Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress following facility and regulatory protocols Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive treatment Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or related degree from an accredited institution Certifications

Valid state licensure as a

Physical Therapist Preference for CPR certification Additional certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are welcome but not mandatory Skills

A strong preference for previous experience in similar settings Ability to address complex medical and mobility challenges Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with digital charting and clinical documentation systems Benefits
