• Shift: 8 Hour Days (07:00–16:00)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,750–$1,790 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a compact state
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or related healthcare protocols preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance in clinical research

Clinical Research RN Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple clinical research protocols and act as a liaison with investigators, clinical staff, and research personnel
• Perform operational activities for research studies, including accurate clinical documentation and data entry
• Collaborate with site departments, finance, hospital administration, and IRB for protocol compliance
• Manage protocol schedules from feasibility submission to study closeout
• Provide instruction on research protocols to healthcare staff and interpret study data
• Assess and document patient findings at each clinic visit per protocol requirements
• Ensure proper completion and authorization of study medication order forms
• Track and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and communicate issues to study personnel
• Schedule follow-up appointments, imaging, and procedures according to protocol
• Generate and track shipments of drugs, devices, and clinical supplies as needed
