Overview: A top healthcare client is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for their Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED).
Position Summary: The FSED RN will deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years recent (within the past year) acute care Emergency Room experience
- Associate Degree in Nursing or diploma from an accredited institution required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Active Florida RN license or compact license with Florida licensure within 90 days of hire; Advanced Practice RN license also acceptable
- BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire
